What are the shipping timelines for orders within India?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for other regions across India.
Do Spigen cases support wireless charging?
Most of our cases are designed to be compatible with wireless charging. However, certain heavy-duty cases like the Tough Armor series may require precise alignment or may be affected by the thickness.
What is your return and replacement policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects or damaged items. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
How can I track my order status?
